RETURNS & REFUNDS

At JT FORMULA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened and sealed products in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after your return request has been approved.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Products with damaged or missing original packaging

• Gift cards

• Promotional or clearance items, unless defective


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


European Union Customers

Customers located within the European Union may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights remain unaffected by this policy.


United States Customers

Orders shipped from our US fulfillment center are subject to the same return conditions described above. Return instructions will be provided by our customer support team.
